Allen Concrete & Masonry is seeking a professional, highly organized, and motivated Jobsite Administrator to support field operations on large-scale construction projects.
This position is critical to maintaining the daily flow of communication, documentation, scheduling, and coordination that keeps our projects operating efficiently. We are looking for someone who can become a long-term asset to our team, with the opportunity to continue with the company beyond the completion of the initial project and grow into expanded administrative or operational leadership roles.
Position Overview:
The Jobsite Administrator serves as the administrative hub of the project, supporting project managers, superintendents, vendors, subcontractors, and field personnel by ensuring organization, communication, and documentation remain accurate and efficient.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize daily paperwork including delivery tickets, concrete tickets, load logs, and jobsite documentation * Maintain gate logs, visitor records, and vendor coordination schedules * Assist with project scheduling, manpower tracking, and daily reporting * Support field leadership with administrative tasks, document control, and operational coordination * Handle email communication, data entry, spreadsheets, and digital filing systems * Coordinate deliveries and help maintain efficient jobsite logistics * Assist with safety documentation, orientations, and compliance paperwork * Maintain a professional and organized jobsite office environment * Serve as a reliable communication point between office staff and field operations
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred * Prior construction administration, office management, or jobsite coordination experience preferred * Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, spreadsheets, and construction management software (Procore experience is a plus) * Strong communication and organizational skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities * Professional demeanor with strong attention to detail * Reliable, punctual, and career-oriented
