12 Month Full-time Position
RESPONSIBILITIES: The Student Success Advisor will be responsible for duties as they relate to
student success and retention of current and prospective students at Allen
Community College.
QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in related field required. Academic advising experience
desirable. Previous experience working with first year, international students
or diverse student populations helpful. Must have a valid driver’s license.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, computer skills along with
excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize
work.
LOCATION: Iola, Kansas Campus
SALARY: Negotiable depending upon experience and education.
