Responsibilities will include inventory control management, quality assurance, canopy training, formula review, and all inventory planning activities. The Inventory Control Supervisor will work closely with operations and sales to ensure proper inventory levels are maintained, and inventory health is managed closely (Damage, Rotation, DOH, Shelf-life, etc.). What you’ll do:Conduct Weekly Review of Formulas and Product FlowFormula review working with GM and finance to ensure accuracyWork closely with Ops Managers on inventory process issues and variancesReview and adjust SLC cost issues throughout the weekManage and review processes in warehousing and production to ensure accuracyWeekly Cycle Count Plan developed based on value and frequencyDevelop IC employees to conduct cycle counts and execute cycle count scheduleComplete all IC/QC related reporting and researchDistribute Inventory Summary weeklyReview large adjustments report daily with OperationsDistribute weekly cycle count updateOverviewing and supporting the production and inventory variancesWeekly Damage/Expiration Date ReportAbout you:Previous Inventory Control experience desirableIncreasing roles of responsibility in Food Distribution/Manufacturing industry strongly preferred1-3 years of IC/QC Supervision, Operations, Procurement or comparable industry experienceAPICS certification desirable#LI-BC 1 #LI-Onsite The above job description is not an all-inclusive list of duties and standards of the position.
