Pre-Kindergarten Teacher (2026–2027 School Year)

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Early Childhood Teacher to lead a Pre-Kindergarten classroom for the 2026–2027 school year. Our program is known for its small class sizes, nurturing environment, and a dedicated team of educators who are committed to fostering a love of learning in every child.

Position Overview
The Pre-Kindergarten Teacher will create a joyful, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment while building strong partnerships with families and colleagues. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable, organized, and enthusiastic about early childhood education.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required (preferably in Early Childhood Education or a related field)
- Experience teaching Pre-Kindergarten or Kindergarten
- Strong understanding of early childhood development
- Knowledge of the Science of Reading
- Familiarity with Heggerty and D’Nealian is a plus
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons
- Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all learners, with an emphasis on enrichment
- Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment
- Effectively lead and collaborate with an assistant teacher, including delegation and mentorship
- Communicate regularly with families and build strong parent partnerships
- Work collaboratively with colleagues as part of a cohesive teaching team

Additional Opportunity
This position includes the opportunity for additional income through a summer stipend for work completed in June and July.
