What are the responsibilities and job description for the Full Time Maintenance Technician position at Alleman Properties?
Family-owned company looking for a full-time, experienced maintenance person to begin working immediately. Must have a vehicle, basic tools, driver's license, auto insurance, as well as a clean criminal background (no exceptions on any of these requirements). We have over 80 rentals in Carbondale, Carterville, and DeSoto. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00am until 4:30pm. Work would consist of repairs in tenants' rentals and turning over rentals upon move outs. Fuel incentive given for each hour worked, up to 40 hours. The ideal candidate will have plumbing, electrical, flooring, drywall, painting, roofing, HVAC troubleshooting, and appliance troubleshooting experience.
