🔧 What You’ll Do

• Lead and execute the plant’s production and business plan
• Drive improvements in OEE, safety, quality, and productivity
• Champion lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
• Build and develop high-performing teams through coaching and mentorship
• Collaborate across departments to solve problems and spark innovation
• Manage staffing, hiring, and onboarding processes
• Ensure compliance with EHS standards and regulatory requirements
• Control operational spending and support Kanthal’s green goals
  
  

🎯 What You Bring

• Proven experience in production or operations management, preferably in industrial or thermal heating manufacturing
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and team-building skills
• Expertise in lean principles and process optimization
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Excellent communication, adaptability, and strategic planning abilities
• A passion for safety, quality, and driving measurable results
