The Allegro team is united by a clear purpose—advancing technologies that make the world safer, more efficient, and more sustainable. With over 30 years of experience in semiconductor innovation, we bring that purpose to life across every part of the business—from breakthrough product development and customer success to how we show up for each other and the communities we serve. The Opportunity Allegro MicroSystems (ALGM) is seeking a Strategic Marketing Manager to drive roadmap definition, new product development, and global business development for our fast-growing Magnetic Current Sensing business. The ideal candidate possesses a unique blend of commercial business acumen and systems-level technical expertise in power conversion and motor drives. In this role, you will sit at the center of innovation—translating complex customer challenges in high-voltage systems into our next generation of market-leading current sensing products. If you are highly motivated, relationship-driven, and passionate about scaling a high-growth technology portfolio, this is the perfect opportunity to make a global impact. What You Will Do Define, update, and execute the short- and long-term global product roadmap for our Magnetic Current Sensing portfolio to maximize worldwide market growth. Product Definition & Concept Development: Author and present compelling technical concept proposals for next-generation products, driving alignment with both internal stakeholders and external lead customers. NPI Lifecycle Management: Champion integrated circuit (IC) development activities from initial product concept through Release-to-Market (RTM). Collaborate with engineering to ensure cost-effective designs that meet cycle-time, revenue, and profit margin goals. Partner directly with the global sales team, distribution partners, and key accounts to distill and convey the system-level value of Allegro’s products in high-voltage power conversion and control applications. Engage deeply with lead customers to identify emerging system-level requirements, formulate joint development/partnership strategies, and secure technical design-ins. Collaborate with the digital marketing team to create technical collateral, thought leadership content, and targeted brand awareness campaigns to promote Allegro in key market segments. Build strong, cross-functional relationships with Sales, Application Engineering, and other sensor product lines to expand our total addressable market. Support key industry events, webinars, and tradeshows. What You Will Need Bachelor or Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field. 5 years of experience in the semiconductor or electronics industries, with a strong preference for candidates familiar with magnetic sensors, power electronics, or high-voltage systems. Proven understanding of product marketing, market research, business planning, and successful data-driven go-to-market (GTM) strategies. Solid grasp of systems or applications engineering, particularly regarding power and control systems in high-voltage power conversion and motor drives. Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to confidently present technical and business concepts to both senior leadership and customer executives. Highly organized, proactive, and self-motivated mindset with a proven ability to drive complex cross-functional projects to closure. Ability and willingness to travel globally (US, Europe, and Asia) up to 25% to support customer engagements and corporate events. Why Allegro?
