Responsibilities
Assemble and terminate a wide range of cable and wire harness configurations used in electronic test equipment.
Build, install, and integrate electronic components and subassemblies by following clear, detailed work instructions and kit documentation.
Interpret part numbers, procedure books, and work orders to complete assemblies accurately and efficiently.
Perform precise crimping, stripping, connector assembly, and light mechanical integration using standard hand tools.
Execute electrical testing, verification, and basic calibration using digital multimeters and related test equipment.
Support troubleshooting efforts to confirm proper functionality and ensure all assemblies meet quality and safety specifications.
Operate independently while collaborating effectively within a small, highly supportive technical team.
Maintain an organized, safety-focused work environment and adhere to all production, ESD, and documentation standards.
Qualifications
Experience and education
3 years of hands-on experience as an electronics, electrical, or manufacturing technician in a production environment.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Technical skills
Proficiency with cable and wire harness assembly, including crimping, stripping, and connector assembly.
Ability to read and follow work instructions, wiring diagrams, and basic schematics.
Experience using digital multimeters and basic electronic test equipment for verification and troubleshooting.
Comfortable working with small components, tight tolerances, and detailed documentation in a manufacturing setting.
Additional requirements
Able to work onsite in Acton, MA; relocation assistance is not provided.

Compensation, schedule, and benefits
Pay range: $30–$35 per hour, depending on experience.
Employment type: Full-time, direct hire, first shift (Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM).
