Primary Responsibilities
Clinical Operations and Leadership:
- Oversee daily clinic operations and coordination of patient care services
- Drive initiatives to improve patient, provider, and staff satisfaction
- Identify and implement opportunities to enhance quality, safety, efficiency, and effectiveness
- Build and maintain a collaborative partnership with the Site Medical Director and Clinic Operations Manager.
- Ensure patient- and family-centered care remains the foundation of all services
- Maintain clear, transparent communication through meetings, huddles, one-on-ones, and digital channels
- Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and supportive team environment
- Build and maintain strong working relationships across all levels of staff and leadership
- Oversee staffing needs, including scheduling, absences, and leave management (e.g., FMLA)
- Recruit and retain team members aligned with service excellence and quality care standards
- Lead staff to meet organizational goals related to productivity, quality, and continuous improvement
- Oversee staff training, competency validation, and professional development
- Provide ongoing performance feedback, including:
- Monthly one-on-one meetings
- Semi-annual and annual performance reviews
- Identify and promote learning and growth opportunities for team members
- Oversee clinic facility operations and ensure a safe, efficient environment
- Participate in facility planning and renovation projects
- Monitor and manage clinic inventory and supplies in coordination with regional leadership
- Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and accountability in all interactions
- Maintain a respectful, approachable, and trustworthy presence

- Must be 18 years of age or older

- All employees are currently required to wear a surgical, KN95 or N95 mask at all times while in clinic, patient facing
- High School or equivalent diploma or higher
- Full-time, Monday–Friday
- 4 Days in Clinic & 1 Remote Day
- 8:00am – 5:00pm
- 6:00am – Managing call outs and staff location changes (remotely)
- Weekends & Holidays as Needed
- You are assigned to a specific clinic but may need to help cover other clinics in person/remote as needed.
The following is required to perform the essential functions of this role.
