Now Hiring: Server
Join our professional, team-oriented environment at Alto Clermont ! We’re seeking an enthusiastic Server to deliver an exceptional dining experience in our upscale dining room.

Schedule:
Part-Time | 4:00pm-8:00PM -Flexible days and range

What You’ll Do:

• Provide friendly, attentive service to residents and guests
• Ensure a fine dining atmosphere with attention to detail
• Collaborate with the culinary team for smooth meal service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous server experience, preferably in upscale dining or hospitality
• Positive, professional demeanor and teamwork focus
• Passion for providing outstanding service

The primary responsibility of the Server is to accommodate residents and guests during their dining experience by attending to their needs in a friendly, timely, and professional manner.
Areas of Responsibility

• Greet and seat residents and guests in a timely and professional manner as well as approach and interact with residents and guests in a friendly, service-oriented, and professional manner.
• Serve food in an efficient and professional manner.
• Clear tables of glasses, silverware, dishes, etc. when residents and guests have finished a course or their meal according to Company protocol.
• Maintain a clean dining room. Chairs, windows, floors, and all work areas should be wiped down and sanitized after every meal period.
• Deliver and retrieve trays to and from residents’ apartments as needed.
• Label and date all food.

Required Qualifications

• Must be a minimum of 16 years of age.
• Must pay attention to detail, be flexible/adaptable, have safety awareness, and be a team player.
• Must have positive Criminal Background Screening.
• The Community is a drug free workplace; associates are subject to adherence to the Company Drug Free Workplace policy.

Preferred Qualifications

• Food serving experience preferred.
