NOW HIRING: Part-Time Receptionist
Allegro Parkland – Parkland, FL
Sundays & Mondays | 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM | $16/hr

Allegro Parkland is searching for an energetic, polished Part-Time Receptionist to join our vibrant senior living community. If you love greeting people with a smile, keeping things running smoothly, and being the go-to problem solver at the front desk, this role is for you!
As the first point of contact for residents, families, and visitors, you’ll help deliver the exceptional hospitality Allegro is proudly known for.
What You’ll Do
  • Greet and assist residents, families, guests, and team members with professionalism and genuine warmth
  • Answer phones, direct calls, and manage visitor check-ins
  • Maintain an organized, inviting front desk environment
  • Provide administrative support, including data entry, scheduling, and communication flow
  • Uphold Allegro’s high standards for customer service and resident experience
  • Support community operations and leadership with various tasks
  • Represent Allegro Parkland with a positive, polished presence at all times
What We’re Looking For
  • A friendly, upbeat personality that makes people feel welcome instantly
  • Strong communication and customer-service skills
  • Comfortable multitasking at a fast-paced front desk
  • Basic computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel a plus)
  • Reliable for Sundays & Mondays, 3pm–11pm
  • Willing to work occasional holidays
  • Previous receptionist or hospitality experience is a plus (not required!)
