What You’ll Do
- Greet and assist residents, families, guests, and team members with professionalism and genuine warmth
- Answer phones, direct calls, and manage visitor check-ins
- Maintain an organized, inviting front desk environment
- Provide administrative support, including data entry, scheduling, and communication flow
- Uphold Allegro’s high standards for customer service and resident experience
- Support community operations and leadership with various tasks
- Represent Allegro Parkland with a positive, polished presence at all times
- A friendly, upbeat personality that makes people feel welcome instantly
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Comfortable multitasking at a fast-paced front desk
- Basic computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel a plus)
- Reliable for Sundays & Mondays, 3pm–11pm
- Willing to work occasional holidays
- Previous receptionist or hospitality experience is a plus (not required!)
