What You’ll Do
As a Med Tech, you’ll play a vital role in resident wellness by:
- Assisting residents with safe and accurate medication administration
- Providing hands-on care including bathing, dressing, mobility, grooming & toileting
- Monitoring, documenting, and communicating resident changes
- Supporting residents with positivity, patience, and professionalism
- Helping maintain a warm, elegant, resident-centered environment
- Collaborating with care staff and leadership to ensure excellent service
- A caring, dependable, resident-first mindset
- Medication Technician certification (per FL ALF requirements)
- CPR/First Aid preferred
- Experience in senior living or healthcare a plus
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as scheduled
- Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and communication
