- Prepare students for recitals, examinations, and competitions, ensuring they meet the required standards.
- Foster a positive and motivating learning environment that encourages creativity and expression.
- Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to students and parents.
- Collaborate with other faculty members and participate in recitals and meetings.
- Stay current with developments in piano pedagogy and music education.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Music, Piano Performance, Music Education.
- Proven experience in teaching piano to students of various ages and skill levels.
- Strong knowledge of piano repertoire, technique, and pedagogy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students, fostering a love for music.
- Familiarity with childhood development stages.
- Flexibility to work evenings and occasional weekends.
