What You’ll Do
- Manage and mentor a team of prepress/automation/software developer specialists.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize Enfocus Switch workflows.
- Automate key prepress processes: job ingest, imposition, proofing, VDP, ticketing, print queues, invoicing, etc….
- Collaborate with IT, production, and operations teams to streamline workflows.
- Train staff and champion best practices in automation and prepress.
- Track KPIs to determine where automation is helping or hindering.
What We’re Looking For
- Hands-on expertise with Enfocus Switch (configurators, scripting, APIs).
- Strong commercial printing background (PDF workflows, prepress automation, imposition, VDP, inkjet).
- Leadership and project management skills.
- Knowledge of Ultimate Impostrip, BCC Mailer, EFI Pace, or similar systems a plus.
