Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our dynamic supply chain team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for coordinating and expediting the flow of data and reports within and between departments, ensuring seamless operations across the organization. You will play a pivotal role in reviewing and distributing production, work, and shipment schedules, while compiling and analyzing key reports on inventory levels, historical sales data, and purchase orders. This position requires a strong analytical mindset, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous process improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Export and examine system-based and customer-provided source data that provide real-time information regarding sales, purchase orders, order forecasts, and channel inventory
- Maintain and update database master data to ensure proper item and channel mapping to support data transformation and cleansing processes for daily and weekly reports
- Coordinate with internal teams on weekly production confirmation, ending on-hand and aging stock clearance plans, and purchase order tracking
- Monitor team performance by publishing daily and weekly KPI tracking reports to flag exception cases for early warning to the Business Planning team to proactively drive corrective actions and improvements
- Support Collaborative Planning, Forecasting, and Replenishment (CPFR) supply chain processes by providing internal reports needed for weekly planning meetings
- Load weekly production, sales, and inventory (PSI) data
- Respond to ad-hoc reporting requests from internal and external customers in a time-sensitive environment
Skills:
- Strong analytical and data management skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven team environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships at all levels within and outside the company
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight while exercising sound judgment
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, including pivot tables and advanced formulas, with experience in developing KPI and executive dashboards preferred
- Experience using advanced supply chain management, enterprise planning, or financial planning systems preferred
- Proven experience in researching and resolving operational data discrepancies and driving process improvements to streamline business operations
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in the telecommunications or wireless industry, or related fields requiring management of order and sales data, inventory management, and/or business operations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in General Business, Sales Operations Management, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field required
