Job Summary:

This position plays a critical role in driving promotional campaigns and cross-functional initiatives that enhance customer engagement and category performance. The successful candidate will serve as the central coordination point between promotional execution teams and backend operations, ensuring seamless implementation of marketing activities across multiple channels. This role requires a strategic thinker who can balance tactical execution with long-term planning, managing the placement of customer relationship management communications and cross-line-of-business email campaigns while tracking go-to-market activities. The position demands strong organizational capabilities to oversee the strategic and tactical placement of categories across digital platforms and to launch and monitor new programs designed to sustain category growth through retargeting and enhanced search capabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate promotional execution activities and facilitate communication between backend technical teams and marketing stakeholders
• Manage the placement and scheduling of CRM and cross-line-of-business email campaigns for new customer acquisitions
• Track and execute go-to-market activities, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives
• Develop and implement strategic and tactical category placements across digital properties to maximize visibility and conversion
• Launch, coordinate, and monitor new programs including retargeting initiatives and enhanced search functionality to drive category sustainability
• Create detailed project plans to accomplish goals and direct the integration of technical and marketing activities
• Present proposals, reports, and findings to stakeholders and leadership teams
• Analyze resource needs, technology requirements, and market demand to assess project feasibility
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables while maintaining attention to detail

Previous Experience:

• 5 years of progressive experience in project management or related field
• Demonstrated experience coordinating promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives
• Proven track record managing CRM or email marketing programs
• Experience with go-to-market strategy execution and category management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
• PMI or PMP certification preferred
