Position Summary
We are seeking a data-driven Product Analyst / Digital Product Analytics Manager to support product strategy, personalization initiatives, and digital product optimization through advanced analytics and business insights. This role will partner closely with Product Managers, Engineering, Marketing, and Business stakeholders to measure product performance, identify growth opportunities, drive experimentation, and support product lifecycle decisions.
The ideal candidate combines strong SQL expertise, business analysis skills, and experience leveraging analytics tools to influence product strategy and improve customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Product Analytics & Performance Management
- Track, analyze, and identify underlying drivers of product KPIs and business metrics.
- Synthesize findings into actionable recommendations and communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Monitor digital product performance and identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
- Evaluate the impact of product changes, feature releases, and business initiatives.
- Support strategic decision-making through data-driven analysis.
Experimentation & A/B Testing
- Manage and execute A/B testing strategies across digital products.
- Monitor experiment performance and analyze test results.
- Partner with Product Managers to translate findings into product decisions and roadmap priorities.
- Recommend enhancements based on customer behavior, experimentation outcomes, and business objectives.
Business Analysis & Strategic Insights
- Conduct ad hoc analysis and research to support personalization initiatives, product launches, and strategic business priorities.
- Develop business cases and identify opportunities for revenue growth, customer engagement, and operational improvements.
- Analyze customer behavior, digital engagement, and transaction data to uncover trends and opportunities.
- Present findings to stakeholders at operational, management, and executive levels.
Product Development Support
- Collaborate with Product Managers to define requirements and support roadmap execution.
- Assist in developing user stories, acceptance criteria, and testing activities.
- Support product lifecycle management from product discovery through launch and optimization.
- Ensure product decisions align with business goals and customer needs.
Data Management & Infrastructure
- Develop, manage, and maintain product data pipelines and reporting infrastructure.
- Ensure accuracy, reliability, and accessibility of product data.
- Work with structured and unstructured data from web, mobile, and transaction systems.
- Support data governance initiatives and metadata management practices.
- Assist in identifying and resolving data quality issues across multiple data sources.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Analytics, and Business teams to develop data-driven solutions.
- Build strong relationships across departments to support successful product outcomes.
- Collaborate on API-related initiatives and integration projects.
- Support go-to-market activities through analytics, measurement, and reporting.
Reporting & Visualization
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions using Tableau, Power BI, MicroStrategy, or similar visualization platforms.
- Develop executive-level reporting that communicates key trends, performance metrics, and business opportunities.
- Create scalable analytical frameworks for ongoing product monitoring and decision-making.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Analytics, Business, or a related field.
- 3-6 years of experience in Product Analytics, Business Analysis, Data Analytics, or Digital Product environments.
- Advanced SQL skills with strong database design and querying knowledge.
- Hands-on experience with Tableau, Power BI, MicroStrategy, or similar data visualization tools.
- Experience with web analytics and measurement platforms such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or comparable analytics solutions.
- Strong business analysis skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
- Experience supporting A/B testing, experimentation, and product optimization initiatives.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in product-driven environments.
- Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, and analytical capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with digital products, eCommerce platforms, or customer-facing applications.
- Experience analyzing web, mobile application, and transaction-level data.
- Familiarity with product management methodologies and agile development processes.
- Exposure to API integrations and technical product development concepts.
- Knowledge of metadata management, data governance, and data quality frameworks.
- MBA or advanced degree preferred.
