As a Bilingual Recruiter, you'll play a key role in connecting job seekers with rewarding career opportunities while supporting our employees and clients throughout the employment process. Every day is different, and your work will have a direct impact on helping people succeed.
What You'll Do
- Recruit, screen, and onboard candidates, ensuring a smooth and welcoming hiring experience.
- Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates through inbound and outbound recruiting efforts.
- Conduct arrival calls, assignment check-ins, and exit interviews to promote employee engagement and retention.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with applicants, employees, and clients through consistent communication.
- Serve as a trusted resource by answering employee questions and helping resolve concerns.
- Monitor active employee counts and open job orders to support daily recruiting priorities.
- Track attendance trends and communicate concerns to leadership as needed.
- Quickly escalate worksite, housing, or transportation issues to ensure employees receive timely support.
- Ensure company policies and procedures are consistently followed.
- Meet or exceed recruiting, placement, and customer service goals.
What We're Looking For
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (reading, writing, and speaking) required.
- Previous recruiting, staffing, customer service, or leadership experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and comfortable learning new software systems.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
