Allegiant is hiring an Entry Level Customer Retention Associate to support our clients and customers. This position is entry level because we want to find someone with strong customer service skills we can build into a management role as the company continues to expand.

Daily responsibilities:
Handles all customer inquiries and follow up
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels
Effective presentation and negotiation skills to present our clients'
Obsessed with creating great experiences for our clients
Contact the client to resolve routine matters
Track client success metrics in a goal-oriented, high-performance environment
Uses established protocols for reporting client concerns and solutions as needed
Understand the importance of Quality Service and how it is measured
What we are looking for:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED), related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Strong (verbal and written) communication skills with an ability to build relationships
Growth mindset and ambition for leadership development
Reliable source of transportation
The ability to apply creative problem-solving techniques to situations using sound business judgment
