Requirements
- Bilingual proficiency in English and another language (e.g., Spanish, Tagalog, Vietnamese) is essential
- Prior experience in home care, assisted living, nursing homes, or group homes is highly preferred
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, or other special needs is desirable
- Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physically demanding tasks such as patient transfers using Hoyer lifts or resident lifts
- Strong communication skills, compassion, patience, and a commitment to providing respectful patient-centered care

Hours: 35 hours per week
Position involves working closely with a child
Must be dependable
Must speak English & Spanish
