What are the responsibilities and job description for the Coating Machine Operator 2nd Shift position at ALLEGIANT HEALTH INC.?
POSITION TITLE: Coating Operator (Tablets)
DEPARTMENT: Manufacturing
REPORTS TO: Supervisor Manufacturing
POSITION OBJECTIVE: To operate coating machines for tablet coating and perform in-process verifications to assure tablet quality.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
*10% Night Diff offered
· Operate coating machines and troubleshoot operation
· Monitor and adjust process as needed
· Monitor tablet quality such as weight, picking, sticking, delamination
· As a member of the manufacturing team, you may be cross trained in other areas to support operations.
· Clean and maintain equipment and production rooms
· Follow all cGMP requirements as detailed in SOPs
· Document all activities in Master Production Records
· Communicate any deviations to Supervisor
· Provide additional support and assistance on tasks and projects as directed by management
QUALIFICATIONS:
· High School Diploma or GED.
· Prior experience in pharmaceuticals a must. Prior coating operations preferred.
· Ability to perform basic math, read, write.
· Must work as part of a team.
