Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Leasing Professional at Allegiant-Carter, located in Jacksonville, FL. The Leasing Professional will be responsible for assisting prospective residents with apartment viewings, handling lease agreements, and ensuring smooth lease administration. They will focus on providing exceptional customer service, cultivating positive resident relationships, and fostering resident satisfaction and retention. The role also requires timely communication with residents and prospective tenants to address inquiries and concerns.
