Role Description
This part-time, on-site Leasing Professional role is located in Madison, AL. The Leasing Professional will assist prospective and current residents with leasing and renewal processes, provide exceptional customer service, and maintain positive resident relationships. Daily responsibilities include managing lease agreements, promoting resident retention initiatives, addressing inquiries, and supporting lease administration processes. The Leasing Professional will work closely with the property management team to ensure a welcoming and hospitable living environment for all residents.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in lease administration and proficiency in handling lease agreements
- Excellent customer service and resident retention skills to build and maintain positive relationships
- Effective communication skills to address resident inquiries and relay information clearly
- Capability to oversee and support leasing activities, including presenting options to prospective residents
- Experience in property management or real estate is a plus
- Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively
