The position is located in the office and shop environment, as well as duties performed outside. Mobility of walking, standing and bending is frequent. Must be able to meet the public and make decisions. Exposure to heat, cold, dust and dirt. Travel required.

- Profit and Loss accountability for the branch(s); meet company financial objectives.
- Retain current customer base while increasing rental revenue and margins through process improvements and implementing best practices in the rental and administrative departments.
- Responsible for the operational and administrative task and duties for the branch(s).
- Direct responsibility for branch operations and administrative functions by conveying Company Vison.
- Responsible for asset management of the rental and lease fleet for all administrative and operational functions.
- Operational responsibility for the rental fleet, billing and customer development and retention.
- Work with the branch sales and service departments to develop strong relationships with current customers.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and strong customer retention of current customer base through internal sales and best practices.
- Assist in growing the Lease & Rental department consistent with annual financial plan.
- Develop and create a team environment within the Lease & Rental Department and Allegiance Trucks organization.
- Implement policies, standards, goals, and best practice.
- Operational responsibility for local billing, rental processes, accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Participate in business and community activities and assign department managers to do the same.
- Adhere to company safety procedures.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
- A high school diploma and/or GED is required. Combination of education, training, or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities
- College degree preferred
- A minimum of three to five years’ experience in heavy duty truck leasing and rental or similar environment
- Proven management and leadership skills
- Sales management and business development experience
- Ability to listen to and communicate with customers and employees
- Knowledge of accounting, financing and insurance
- Ability to analyze results and implement process improvements.
- Ability to read and understand legal information, state and federal regulations
- Strong written and verbal communication required
