THREE DYNAMIC POSITIONS | NOW ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS!
Bring your expertise to Allegiance.
Allegiance Title Company of Arkansas is growing our team in Northwest Arkansas, and we’re looking for talented people who want to grow with us.
We’re hiring for multiple positions and are open to different levels of experience:
*****************************************************************************************************************
Commercial Escrow Specialist / Commercial Escrow Processor
This is an experienced, high-touch role for someone who can manage complex commercial real estate transactions from opening through closing. The right person is highly organized, analytical and detail-oriented, with a strong understanding of title insurance, title commitments, title requirements, curative matters, policy types and endorsements. You should be comfortable managing multiple moving pieces, identifying issues early and making sure the file is accurate, complete and ready to close.
Just as important, this role requires proactive, polished communication. You’ll work closely with attorneys, lenders, brokers, buyers, sellers, underwriters and our internal team to keep everyone informed, resolve issues and move the transaction forward. We’re looking for someone who takes ownership, communicates clearly and knows how to balance technical expertise with a remarkable customer experience.
*****************************************************************************************************************
Paralegal
A strong fit for an experienced paralegal who is comfortable working behind the scenes on complex legal and transactional files. This role will support our title and escrow teams by reviewing and organizing legal documents, preparing and coordinating deeds, affidavits, entity documents and other closing-related instruments, meeting deadlines, and maintaining complete and accurate documents.
The right person is someone who reads closely, catches inconsistencies, knows how to research an issue, keeps excellent documentation and can manage multiple detailed files without losing track of what still needs to happen. Experience in real estate, transactional law, or title insurance is especially valuable.
*****************************************************************************************************************
Office Escrow Assistant
This is a high-energy, customer-facing role for someone who loves keeping people, details and the office experience moving in the right direction. You’ll be one of the first points of contact for our customers and will help create the experience they have with Allegiance from the moment they call, email or walk through the door.
Responsibilities include order entry, managing the shared inbox, routing main line phone calls, supporting post-closing, maintaining office inventory and supplies, helping keep the office organized and presentation-ready, and assisting with the daily administrative needs of the escrow team. You’ll also help bring our culture to life by coordinating team celebrations, birthdays, milestones and the little details that make our office feel welcoming and intentional.
*****************************************************************************************************************
At Allegiance, we care just as much about who you are and how you work as we do about what’s on your résumé.
Our vision is simple: Be Remarkable.
We work hard, move fast, solve problems, celebrate wins and look for better ways to do things every day.
We value people who bring grit, grace and gratitude, take pride in their work and genuinely want to be part of a team.
Across these roles, we’re looking for people who:
- Take ownership and follow through
- Communicate proactively and professionally
- Are highly organized and detail-oriented
- Can manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Think ahead instead of waiting to be told what to do next
- Look for solutions when something doesn’t go according to plan
- Are comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-output environment
- Want to learn, grow and contribute ideas
- Care about delivering a remarkable experience for customers and teammates
- Value expertise and take pride in knowing their craft
You don’t have to come from the exact same path to belong on this team. Maybe you’ve worked in title and escrow. Maybe your background is commercial real estate. Maybe you’re a paralegal who understands transactions, contracts and complex documentation. Or maybe you’re an exceptional Escrow Assistant ready to take the next step.
If your experience translates to getting real estate transactions across the finish line, we want to talk to you.
