We’re growing our Allegiance Title team and looking for an experienced Commercial Escrow Specialist to join us in Northwest Arkansas.
This role is for someone who understands the moving pieces of a commercial real estate transaction and knows how to keep them moving. We’re seeking experience in commercial real estate transactions, real estate paralegal, title insurance and/or escrow services, along with someone who brings strong judgment, attention to detail and the confidence to take ownership from opening through closing.

As a Commercial Escrow Specialist, you’ll work with buyers, sellers, lenders, attorneys, brokers and other transaction partners to help coordinate and close commercial real estate transactions. Depending on your experience, responsibilities may include reviewing contracts and closing requirements, coordinating title and escrow matters, preparing settlement and closing documents, managing funds, resolving transaction issues and keeping all parties informed throughout the process.

- Has experience with commercial real estate transactions, real estate paralegal, title insurance and/or escrow services
- Understands the importance of accuracy, deadlines and proactive communication
- Can manage multiple complex transactions and competing priorities

- Communicates confidently and professionally with customers and transaction partners
