- Conducting thorough inspections of incoming materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods to identify and address any quality issues
- Collaborating with production teams to implement quality control measures and optimize workflows
- Maintaining detailed records of quality data and generating reports for management
- Providing training and guidance to production staff on quality standards and best practices
- Coordinating with logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and making recommendations to management
- Experience in quality control, production, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in using quality control tools and equipment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
