Quality Liaison

Based in the Alabama and Georgia region, our client is a company that provides services and products in the auto-manufacturing industry. We are seeking a Quality Liaison to join our team on a temporary-to-hire basis.

As a Quality Liaison, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and consistency of our products and processes. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough inspections of incoming materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods to identify and address any quality issues
• Collaborating with production teams to implement quality control measures and optimize workflows
• Maintaining detailed records of quality data and generating reports for management
• Providing training and guidance to production staff on quality standards and best practices
• Coordinating with logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements and making recommendations to management

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• Experience in quality control, production, or a related field
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in using quality control tools and equipment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
