Allegiance Staffing is seeking skilled Ring Cell Machinists to join a precision manufacturing team in Lancaster, PA. This position involves machine setup, operation, and troubleshooting while ensuring all parts meet exacting specifications and tolerances.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate Centerless Grind and Hone equipment
- Inspect and measure parts to maintain tolerances of .0008–.0005
- Assist with troubleshooting and minor machine maintenance
- Perform root cause analysis and process improvements
- Collaborate with quality personnel to maintain high production standards
- Maintain documentation and autonomous maintenance schedules
Machinist Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 years of machining experience (CNC preferred)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
- Skilled in reading blueprints and using precision measuring tools
- Experience with chamfer, score, or CNC drill operations a plus
