Baggage System Assistant – Airport Operations (Full-Time)
Location: RDU Airport, Morrisville, NC
Schedule: 12:00pm-8:30pm
Pay: 18/hr Benefits

We’re seeking a dependable Baggage System Assistant to support system flow, perform routine upkeep, and ensure safe work practices in a fast-paced airport environment. No technical experience needed — just a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
Duties:
Clear baggage jams from the system to keep things moving
Support technicians with basic maintenance (sweeping, cleaning, greasing)
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Follow safety procedures and complete all assigned safety training
Perform additional duties as assigned by management
Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
Ability to work a non-traditional schedule (including weekends & holidays)
Ability to obtain and maintain an Airport Security Badge
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience working in an airport or baggage environment
Dependable, team-oriented, and safety-focused
Strong communication, decision-making, and time management skills
Physically fit and comfortable working in active, industrial environments
Able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently, work on your feet, bend, climb, and operate in changing temperatures and around machinery
