Bilingual Recruiter

Role Description

We are seeking a Bilingual Recruiter to join our dynamic team in our office located in Lancaster, PA. The Bilingual Recruiter will handle various recruitment activities, including sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process end-to-end. This role requires building strong relationships with clients and candidates and ensuring a seamless recruitment experience. Utilizing bilingual language skills, the recruiter will effectively communicate with a diverse talent pool and support the company’s mission by matching great talent with client needs.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in bilingual communication in both English and Spanish, with strong verbal and written communication skills
• At least one year of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources
• Skills in candidate sourcing, interviewing, and qualification matching for placements
• Strong interpersonal skills, including relationship-building with diverse groups of candidates and clients
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies is a plus
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is advantageous

Role is fulltime, on site, first shift. Pay range is $19-$24/hour DOE
