We’re a mechanical contractor based in Farmingdale, NY, specializing in commercial and high-rise projects. From office buildings and multi-family residential towers to retail spaces and institutional facilities, we deliver quality HVAC solutions that keep projects on track and clients happy.
We’re looking for an experienced HVAC Estimator to join our team. You’ll be responsible for reviewing drawings and specs, putting together accurate estimates, and helping our team submit competitive bids. This role works closely with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors—you’ll be at the heart of making sure our projects start off on the right foot.
Responsibilities:
- Review project plans, drawings, and specs.
- Prepare detailed HVAC estimates for commercial and high-rise projects.
- Work with project managers and subcontractors to gather pricing and scope info.
- Keep track of material costs, labor rates, and subcontractor quotes.
- Help with bid preparation and submission.
- Support the team with budgets and cost control.
Experience Required:
- Experience estimating HVAC work for commercial and high-rise projects.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, materials, and installation practices.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Comfortable with estimation software and MS Office.
- Great attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
