Job Title : Estimator

Salary : $120,000 - $140,000 Commission
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Estimator to join our dynamic service department. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to play a critical role in the growth of our business while enjoying a competitive salary and commission structure.
Key Responsibilities :
- Review project specifications, blueprints, and contracts to prepare accurate cost estimates for fire protection services.
- Collaborate closely with the service team to ensure all project requirements and client needs are met.
- Identify potential risks and opportunities in each project and provide value-engineering solutions.
- Prepare and present estimates and proposals to clients in a clear, concise manner.
- Work with vendors to secure competitive pricing and ensure the accuracy of material and labor costs.
- Monitor and track project costs, making adjustments as necessary to stay within budget and scope.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and foster future business opportunities.
