Salary and Benefits
- Salary for this position will be based on experience, with a range of $50,000 – $60,000, based on experience.
- Quarterly incentive bonus plan (after 6 months)
- 401(k) with 3.5% match (after 90 days)

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support to clients of multiple advisors in the firm
- Answer client calls and respond to client service requests primarily using Schwab
- Maintain updated information in our CRM – Redtail
- Complete and track account paperwork and transfers
- Schedule client review meetings and assist with meeting prep
- Assist with prospect and new client onboarding processes
- Help coordinate client and team events
Qualifications:
- High attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Must work well in a team environment
- Must have a “client service ” attitude
- Ability to work autonomously after our training period
- Ability to manage your time efficiently
- 2 years of professional office experience
Please note: This is a full-time, in-office position. Candidates must live within commuting distance of Wilmington, NC.
Qualified candidates will start the process by having a 15-30-minute zoom interview conducted by our consultant (who is the hiring manager for this position). If there is ground to move forward, you will be required to fill out a Career History Form and if you are selected to advance in the process, you will meet with the firm. Qualified candidates may be asked to take assessments.
