Job Title: Site Supervisor
Location: East Hampton, NY
Salary: $150K-$170K Benefits
We are a premier luxury home builder specialising exclusively in high-end residential construction in the Hamptons. Our portfolio includes architecturally significant, custom-built homes ranging from $6M to $12M, delivered to the highest standards of craftsmanship, detail, and finish.
Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee the on-site delivery of our luxury residential projects.
As Site Supervisor, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of one or more high-end residential builds, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to an exceptional standard.
Key Responsibilities:
· Oversee all on-site construction activities from groundworks through to final handover
· Manage and coordinate subcontractors, trades, and suppliers
· Ensure strict adherence to drawings, specifications, and quality benchmarks
· Maintain site safety, cleanliness, and compliance with local regulations
· Work closely with Project Managers, architects, designers, and clients
· Proactively identify and resolve construction issues
· Maintain detailed site records, schedules, and progress reports
Requirements:
· Proven experience as a Site Supervisor / Superintendent on luxury residential projects
· Strong background in high-end finishes, custom detailing, and bespoke builds
· Experience managing projects in the $5M range preferred
· Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
· Ability to manage multiple trades and demanding build schedules
· Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and quality control
