Role: Estimator

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an experienced Estimator to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for preparing accurate, competitive cost estimates, helping guide project decisions, and working closely with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure every project is set up for success. Responsibilities:
· Prepare detailed estimates for large commercial and industrial projects.
· Review architectural and engineering plans, specifications, and subcontractor/vendor quotes.
· Work closely with project managers and engineers to develop accurate budgets.
· Identify risks, opportunities for cost savings, and value engineering solutions.
· Maintain accurate records of material, labor, and subcontractor costs.
· Support the bidding process, including attending pre-bid meetings and clarifying scope as needed.
Experience Required:
· Proven experience estimating commercial and industrial construction projects.
· Solid understanding of construction methods, materials, and costs.
· Skilled with estimating software and Microsoft Office.
· Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
· Comfortable managing multiple projects and tight deadlines.
