GENERAL OVERVIEW
Facilitates and supports daily business operations for various departments. Assists managers with Kronos scheduling, payroll, daily reports and daily timekeeping, building and balancing schedules. Performs payroll maintenance, clerical functions (Microsoft Office), data entry, attendance tracking, and provides budget information. Works closely with managers and directors for all other day to day tasks. Assist in maintaining competency books & education tracking.

Job Description
GENERAL OVERVIEW

Performs payroll maintenance, clerical functions (Microsoft Office), data entry, attendance tracking, and provides budget information. Works closely with managers and directors for all other day to day tasks. Assist in maintaining competency books & education tracking.
Essential Responsibilities
- Kronos Administration Manages Kronos system, including scheduling, timecard review, reporting, troubleshooting, training, and resolving issues. Collaborates with managers to balance schedules. (30%)
- Kronos Time Keeping Reviews timecards, codes hours, runs payroll analysis, makes adjustments, and resolves discrepancies. Coordinates with other staff to reconcile timecards (30%)
- Other Duties Perform other administrative and clerical tasks including but not limited to data entry, report generation, and assisting with various departmental needs. (30%)
- Attendance Tracking Assist with absenteeism tracking and report generation. (10%)
Minimum
- High School/GED
- 1 year hospital or clerical experience
- Associate’s degree- Medical Administration
- Bachelor’s degree- Medical Administration
- 1 year experience Kronos
- 1 year experience payroll
- 1 year experience scheduling
