- High School Diploma or its equivalent AND one (1) year of related work experience.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted.

Overview
Duties:
- Accepts and verifies all funds from processing.
- Makes daily bank deposits.
- Charges accounts for postage and property damage.
- Maintains monthly account statements and maintains account deposits, withdrawals, and money orders.
- Provides disbursements to previously incarcerated individuals for any unused trust account balances.
- Performs other duties as required.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Modern business principles, practices, and procedures.
- Computerized record keeping and money distribution.
- Financial transactions.
- File maintenance.
- Microsoft Office products.
- Maintain record transactions in accordance with money management principles and practices.
- Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with supervisors and fellow employees.
- Handle and record financial transactions with accuracy.
