What You’ll Do
- Master the Machines: Operate and monitor excavators, bulldozers, loaders, skid steers, haul trucks, and more to deliver top-quality results.
- Hands-On Site Work: Perform pipe laying, fine grading, laser-controlled grading, and other precision tasks.
- Think & Act Safely: Follow standardized procedures, conduct pre-operation checks, and ensure safety regulations are always met.
- Team Up for Success: Work closely with managers and laborers to complete projects on time and on budget.
- Pitch In Where Needed: Step into laborer tasks to keep jobs on track.
- Stay Organized: Keep equipment and worksites clean, safe, and ready for action.
- Be the Problem Solver: Spot ways to improve and suggest smarter solutions.
Please note, this position has occasional travel.
- $5/hour will be added to your hourly rate for all travel jobs.
- Travel approximately 3 weeks per quarter.
Pay & Benefits
- Pay: Base Pay - $25.00–$30.00/hour (based on experience)
