Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding codes to determine project specifications
- Fabricate and assemble metal structures using various welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, and stick welding
- Operate plasma cutting equipment to cut and shape metal components
- Use hand and power tools to build, rig, and install fabricated metal products
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a fabricator/welder or similar role
- Proficient in various welding techniques including MIG, TIG, and stick welding
- Familiarity with soldering techniques
- Knowledge of welding codes, standards, and safety procedures
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks for extended periods of time
