- Coordinates with supervisor the preparation of meals for the 24/7 residential facility.
- Serves meals to residents and staff in accordance with court security policies and procedures.
- Cleans kitchen area, and utensils used in preparation of meals.
- Assist in training residents and staff assigned to work in the kitchen.
- Assist in maintaining food inventory, record keeping and ordering food.
- Performs duties for food service supervisor as required, in their absence.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required. Health and nutrition coursework preferred.
- One year of experience food service, food handling and food safety.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license.
- Candidates must pass a drug screen (which includes testing for THC) in order to be hired for this position.
