Key Responsibilities
Email Strategy & Execution
- Develop and manage email campaigns across lifecycle stages, including onboarding, engagement, and cross-sell.
- Design and optimize templates for responsiveness, accessibility, and performance.
- Ensure content is timely, relevant, and aligned with brand and compliance standards.
- Leverage segmentation and behavioral data to deliver targeted messaging.
- Collaborate with MarTech and analytics teams to implement automation and dynamic content.
- Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis to refine strategies.
- Partner with product, creative, and member experience teams to align messaging and timing.
- Coordinate with compliance and CRM teams to ensure regulatory integrity.
- Support strategic planning and calendar development for email initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 4 years of experience in email marketing, CRM, or lifecycle marketing.
- Proficiency in email platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Mailchimp, Marketo).
- Strong understanding of segmentation, automation, and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
Experience in financial services or regulated industries.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email design.
- Knowledge of member journey mapping and personalization strategies.
