Job Overview
Alléchant is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented server for Friday and Saturday evening dinner service, with additional hours available for the right fit. We are a busy full-service restaurant committed to merging the highest dining standards with neighborhood charm. Servers pool excellent tips on top of a $10.70/hr base wage.
Duties
- Attend to a section of 5-8 tables: engage with guests, input accurate orders, fulfill drink requests, plate desserts, and process payments.
- Assist in bussing and setting up tables
- Set up/break down dining room and patio at the beginning and end of each shift
- Use slower moments to accomplish routine cleaning tasks across the restaurant
- Collaborate with kitchen and dish room to evenly distribute the load of daily cleaning tasks.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a hygienic working environment
Experience/pre-requisites
- Previous server experience is mandatory for this position
- Attention to detail
