Role Overview
We’re looking for a senior-level frontend engineer who combines strong technical judgment with a sharp design sensibility. - Design and UX fluency: A strong eye for detail across layout, motion, and interaction patterns, with a willingness to advocate for quality and usability.
- Scalable systems mindset: Experience building and maintaining shared component libraries or design systems used across multiple surfaces.
- Performance and reliability focus: Proven ability to optimize loading behavior, accessibility, error states, and overall user experience quality.
- Product intuition: Comfort turning loosely defined problems into clear user flows and shipping iteratively with speed and polish.
- Strong technical opinions: You make architectural and implementation choices based on a deep understanding of tradeoffs, and you’re comfortable exploring unfamiliar patterns when needed to build the best solution.
