Job Title: Order Picker / Warehouse Associate
Location: Lebanon, PA
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour (based on experience)
Shift: Full-Time | Multiple Shifts Available (including potential 10-hour shifts)

We are excited to open our new distribution operation and are looking for dependable, motivated Order Pickers / Warehouse Associates to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity to become part of a new operation with opportunities for growth and advancement.
What You’ll Do:
- Pick and prepare customer orders accurately using pick tickets and warehouse systems
- Locate products by size, color, quantity, and product information
- Stage orders correctly for packing and shipping
- Assist with replenishment, inventory counts, and general warehouse activities
- Safely operate warehouse equipment (training provided)
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Work with the team to meet daily productivity and quality goals
- Perform duties as assigned by management
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed

- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fastpaced warehouse environment
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
