Pay: $65k to 85k Base Salary Commission (Based on Experience)

We're looking for a driven Promotional Products Wholesale Apparel Sales Representative to grow our business throughout the Philadelphia market.
This is a true outside sales role for a self-motivated producer who enjoys being on the road, developing new business, building relationships, and closing sales.
The ideal candidate has experience in the promotional products, wholesale apparel, screen printing, embroidery, or apparel decoration industry and understands how to sell wholesale apparel to businesses in this market.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop new business throughout the Philadelphia market
- Spend 3–4 days per week in the field visiting customers and prospects
- Cold call, prospect, and set appointments with promotional product distributors, screen printers, embroiderers, and apparel decorators
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Present wholesale apparel, competitive pricing, product selection, and shipping advantages
- Introduce customers to our extensive catalog of major apparel brands
- Develop and manage a pipeline of new business
- Follow up on leads, quotes, appointments, and opportunities
- Bring qualified prospects into our warehouse/showroom when appropriate
- Track sales activity, pipeline, and KPIs
- Work independently while communicating with sales and company leadership
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of sales or business development experience
- Promotional products, wholesale apparel, screen printing, embroidery, or decorated apparel experience strongly preferred
- Proven track record of generating new business and producing results
- Comfortable with cold calling and face-to-face sales
- Highly self-motivated and able to work independently
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Comfortable spending most of the workweek on the road
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
