Shipping and Receiving Supervisor
AllCraft is looking for a Shipping and Receiving Supervisor to manage the daily shipping and receiving including in-house manufactured products for shipment and receiving, and unloading of raw materials.
Duties:
- Organize and inventory materials.
- Wrap, pack and load manufactured materials in company trucks.
- Prepare bills of lading; check items to be shipped against work orders to determine that quantities are correct.
- Maintain department delivery tickets and file shipping/receiving records.
- Operate pallet jack and forklift for loading and unloading materials.
- Operate company vehicle to deliver shipments if needed; may assist in routine maintenance of equipment and shipping area; may lock warehouse and set alarms.
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
- Completely and accurately fill out all required shipping documentation.
- Work to help with others in the department as needed.
- Willingness to work in all areas of manufacturing as needed.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Must read and speak English.
- Working knowledge of computers, including but not limited to Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook etc.
- Attendance and punctuality are a must.
- Forklift experience a must.
- Have good communication skills, be a team player
- Must be proficient in all aspects of paperwork including incoming and outgoing bills of ladens/packing slips.
- Strong organization skills for inventory of materials.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
