This is a full-time, on-site position based in Simi Valley, CA. The Client Success Manager is responsible for building and fostering client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving customer retention. Daily tasks include monitoring client accounts, resolving issues, analyzing customer needs, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver business-focused solutions. The role also involves implementing strategies to strengthen partnerships and support clients in meeting their operational and security goals.

- Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to effectively address client needs and concerns.
- Proven ability in Relationship Building and Customer Retention to nurture long-term strategic partnerships.
- Excellent Analytical Skills to assess client challenges and optimize solutions that enhance operational resilience.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities to clearly articulate solutions and foster client trust.
- Experience with compliance for public sector or critical infrastructure is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple client accounts effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Communication, or a related field is preferred.
