Operations Specialist

The right person is an experienced, hands-on Operations Specialist who will:
- Oversee the day to day management of debit and credit card programs
- Provide call center support for online services
- Monitor escrow accounts and coordinate timely payments
- Coordinate receipt of legal title for all vehicle loans
- Complete quality control reviews on consumer loan and mortgage files
- Provide support for daily Branch and Loan Operations
This person must be flexible, multi-tasking, detail-oriented, and enjoy working with members and with numbers. No two days will be the same!
Requirements: minimum 1 year work experience, credit union/bank/financial institution preferred, general knowledge of loan products, high school diploma/equivalent. Experience in a bank or credit union as a teller, operations specialist, service rep or customer service in a retail environment preferred.
