Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic distribution center team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently managing inventory, operating heavy equipment, and supporting overall warehouse operations. This role offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where safety, accuracy, and teamwork are paramount. Prior warehouse experience and familiarity with warehouse management systems are highly valued.
Duties
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, and reach trucks
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
- Load and unload trucks
- Maintain accurate inventory control through regular stock counts
- Organize warehouse storage areas, ensuring proper stocking and efficient space utilization
- Assist with shipping & receiving processes, including documentation and order fulfillment
- Support warehouse distribution activities by coordinating with warehouse supervisors and management teams
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed during heavy lifting, packaging, and materials handling tasks
Requirements
- Proven experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or related fields
- Ability to operate heavy equipment including forklifts, reach trucks, cranes, and pallet jacks safely
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and prolonged standing or walking throughout the shift
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for inventory control and order accuracy
- Previous experience with order picking & packing, shipping & receiving, or stock management preferred
- Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment while adhering to safety regulations

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
