What We Provide (Full Support Tools)
Every Field Claims Representative receives a company iPhone, laptop, AllCity branded clothing and gear, full training, mentorship, nonstop support, pre-qualified fire damage leads, and a dedicated team behind you handling everything except closing. You do not have to write estimates, inventory contents, prepare documentation, or deal with complex claim details. We have specialized internal teams for all of that. Your only job is to show up, connect with the property owner, and close the agreement.
About the Role
We’re hiring across the entire United States for motivated individuals to visit fire-damaged homes and businesses. These are pre-set fire loss appointments provided by our internal lead team. Your responsibility is simple: show up, build trust, explain how we help them, and get the signed agreement. No experience is required — if you have the heart, drive, and professionalism, we’ll train you.
Key Responsibilities
Attend fire loss appointments in your assigned regions, communicate compassionately and confidently with property owners, take property photos and basic loss notes, present AllCity’s value clearly, secure signed contracts, and travel as needed when fire leads come in.
What We Look For
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, confidence meeting people face-to-face, ability to travel on demand, a positive, self-driven attitude, desire to help families during difficult moments. Experience in sales, restoration, construction, claims, or public adjusting is a plus — but not required. We care more about character than experience.
Compensation
Commission-only, paid per signed claim, with uncapped earnings — many earn $8,000–$20,000 per month. All equipment and leads provided. A supportive team ensures you can focus 100% on closing.
